    • Arrange meetings with specialists consultants

    • Prepare working drawings

    • Prepare specification

    • Coordinate pre-tender estimate 

  • Tender

    • Assist clients with the tendering process

    • Prepare tender documents

    • Assess submissions and establish a builder

  • Contract Administration 

    • Prepare contract documents for owner and building contractor

    • Provide client with regular updates regarding time and costs

    • Regular site visits and meetings with contractors

    • Assess variations, prime cost and provisional sums

    • Assess final completion and issue the final certificate
